The alternative image brick is the image brick mirrored: the picture comes first, the prose second, and the whole band is tinted.

Use this brick

You do not ask for it — you get it. Image sections alternate automatically, so the second, fourth and sixth image brick on a page come out as the alternative face. Which phase a page starts on depends on what it opens with: after an intro the first band is tinted, after a full-bleed header the first image stays white.
